1990s Growth

The nineties marked a remarkable era in Marshalltown’s evolution. By the end of the next two decades, nearly 30% of the town’s population had immigrated from Latin America and Burma. Marshalltown largely attributes its colorful and diverse culture to the way these communities have come together and worked to define a whole new character to the town.
